Shipping policy

We offer free UK mainland shipping over the total order value of £50. For orders under this value, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Most of our products are hand-made to order. Listings also have an estimated dispatch and delivery date range.

If you are ordering from outside mainland UK (Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly) please allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery.

Please note that although these are estimated, we will do our best to dispatch in the time stated. We will also send a text message (if mobile contact number is provided) to update you when your item has been dispatched.

We will also do our best to keep you informed of any delays, or if your item is ready before the estimated date.

Once completed, your order will be dispatched using our parcel service usually on a 48 hour service. We use multiple parcel delivery services, usually with a tracking number. For smaller items, we may also use an untracked service such as Royal Mail.
